
Dining at Mello View
Ed’s kitchen is the soul of Mello View. Seasonal menus are crafted with home-grown vegetables, herbs, and meat from our own livestock, with any shortfall supplied by trusted local producers.
We host supper clubs throughout the year—gatherings around our shared table, with dishes cooked in our open-plan kitchen or wood-fired oven on the terrace.
We also run interactive cookery classes (up to 6 guests). These hands-on sessions cover everything from curing, smoking, and sausage making, to butchery or plant-based cooking. Classes run for about four hours and finish with everyone sitting down to share the meal created together.
